Hi, I'm Victoria

 I’m a 32 year old British/Australian expat who is a dog lover, coffee aficionado, and closet karaoke performer. I’m an Associate Creative Director at an advertising agency in Manhattan, and live on Long Island with my husband.

I have extensive recruiting, hiring, and management experience, and I've developed creative work that’s been featured everywhere from professional congresses to the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. 

Coaching and mentoring have become passions of mine; I find it immensely rewarding to guide and coach people as they navigate the varying academic and professional life stages.

As I've explored this pastime further, there is one thing that has consistently stood out to me. I felt it when I was the young student and entry-level job seeker, I have seen it in action as a manager and prospective employer, and it’s the reason I started this business.

It’s a lack of good communication skills.
